WHAT ARE THE DIFF BETWEEN USING MY PROPERTY AS A SHORT TERM RENTAL VS LONG TERM RENTAL?
Short-rentals turn-over guests every few days or weeks, whereas as in a long-term method, the tenant signs a 6 month -1 year lease. The long term lease is a lower risk method, a set amount of money coming in every month. Whereas the short-term method is higher risk, often coming with higher monthly revenues.
